Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness One thing that I absolutely love about local businesses is the importance stressed on treating clients with such a personal approach. My family just relocated from Chicago to the area, and there was an emergency power outage that had occured at our family home. After initial contact, Leslie, with Johnny's electric, had called me and gave me a step by step update in real time, as to when the technician could arrive, what the diagnosis was, and lastly; confirmation that everything had been resolved. I work in a service based industry, and I take my reviews seriously. Johnny's Electric was impressive, and really made me feel as if we were important. We will be using them for any and all of our future needs. Definitely A-1 service, from their technicians, to their internal staff. Thank you for all of your help! Joe Berrios
