The doctors and staff are amazing here. Dr Bremer helped create a treatment plan for me after an accident without relying on drugs to fix the problem. I really appreciated the way he listened to me.The only glitch I've had is with scheduling/billing departments. The practice is so big that the teams don't always communicate well.Overall, I'm very pleased with this practice and will continue using them for my long term care and pain management.

Been going to Jax Spine for about a year. Being treated for lower back issues, and my treatment helps me a lot. I never have any issues with scheduling a visit. The staff is very kind and professional. You will get plenty of reminders about your appointments, so you will not forget. The office is conveniently located for me. I usually see Dr. Bremer. He’s highly skilled and professional. He asks plenty of questions, listens to my concerns, then makes his recommendations. He’s very personable, but is serious about his work. I had been pt there and had no issues.however I do have issue with billing. According to them I had appointment last week..not that I could recall.got no reminder call or email as usually got. I had leg surgery last week and was recovering at home..if had gotten call of appointment I would have told office not able to make it. I wS charged for this missed visit with no courtesy call given as a known pt. In good standing. I am.officially discharging myself from their roster when they read this.
