The classes I've taken are fun, the instruction is great and the teaching is light hearted in an incredibly positive manner. I highly recommend this fabulous Iyengar instructor!
Community yoga is just that - a fabulous center for community to gather. As soon as you walk in the studio you feel the camaraderie. Lisa Waas is welcoming, knowledgeable and extremely helpful for beginners through seasoned yogis. The studio is spacious and equipped with fabulous custom props.
While on vacation my friend and I decided to take a class with Lisa. We are older and while very active, we have some movement restrictions related to age. Lisa guided us to the right class for our needs. Lisa was very knowledgeable and well trained - I was impressed. She made all the correct adjustments for my needs and made me feel very comfortable. She is very passionate about her work and provides one on one attention. I felt great after class. I was so wowed with her teaching that I have decided to join her zoom classes even though I am out of state. Thank you Lisa! I will be back "in" class on my next trip to the area!
