My visits are just observational. Each year I visit the area and always find myself parked for a good bit of time just watching the dogs play. Brings a lot of joy. They are always so active and happy. The staff interacts with them well. There are so many areas for the dogs to enjoy themselves. Even with our hot temperatures of late they are provided an abundance of spots to chill. Pools, sprinklers, fountains, lots of shade. I am always amazed at how well they all get along. There may be 30 dogs in there at once and never have I seen a spat between any. We were headed out of town for several days and needed a place to board our pup, Pippa. I called around to a few places and either their prices were exorbitant or the staff did not seem interested in providing information. However, when I called Hot Paws, the staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. Upon arrival, Pippa was greeted with such enthusiasm and the staff were friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. I loved getting updates on her throughout her stay and she seemed to have a great time there. We are looking into a daycare package for her and I know she will love going!! Highly recommend Hot Paws!
Our Frisco got to spend his days at Hot Paws while we were on vacation.
Originally we thought he’d stay maybe once or twice but he BEGGED to go in the mornings. He had a blast and was worn out at pick-up.
Late pick-up was also helpful on a few days when we were out late.
Staff were always present/engaged with the pups outside anytime we drove by.
Highly recommend!
