The culture of MCG is very different from most construction companies I’ve been apart of. As members of our community, everyone works with integrity and excellence in order to maintain a good reputation, which, as a general contractor, is very delicate. As an employee, I am treated very fairly, and when I suggestions, I feel heard. I can’t say that about my previous employers. I greatly respect the people I work with because of their integrity and I truly want to see all of them find success. I’m thankful for the opportunity to contribute to MCG Homes.
