“Nov 25, 2024 was the day my physical life truly began to change for the better. That was the day Dr. Lin performed my first adjustment! I had been suffering with daily neck and back pain for a number of years, trying to pace my activities and resting in between doing daily chores, etc. My primary care physician recommended physical therapy to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, etc.; an orthopedic specialist said there was nothing that could be done as the problem is degenerative and age related, “learn to pace yourself” was his best advice.
Dr. Lin was recommended by my daughter who had been visiting for a short time with fantastic results! Having never visited a chiropractor I was skeptical and what very little I did know was disparaging.
However, here I was in the midst of the holiday rush with much to do and feeling so uncomfortable. I let go of my stubbornness and old school ideas and had a consultation with Dr. Lin. The consultation identified past incidents and approximate timeframes that were part of the root problem. I was totally taken aback as I had honestly forgotten!
I had my first adjustment that day and I am so thankful to Dr. Lin! He has given me my life back! I’ve returned to normal every day activities with enthusiasm and no pain! He is very compassionate with a gentle touch and accurately pinpoints the exact area needing attention. As an aside, I not only have relief of neck and back pain, but my sleep, breathing and digestion is much improved as well.
Also, all the young ladies who assist and work in the office are professional and kind.
