Great service. They put my irrigation system 2 years ago. Had a bad rain sensor and they diagnosed it over the phone. Do all the haters complaining about them charging $70, what do you want them to work for free. I’m happy to pay for great service.
Spent $3,500 on a french drain and sump pump installation. During heavy rain, the system doesn't work properly and we've got major drainage issues. No response from owner after multiple attempts to reach them.
We called and set up an appointment for an estimate for our back yard. It took a little time and Janice came out and gave us 2 designs to choose from. When we decided on the one we told Janice, Now the covid 19 is in swing, so the job was delayed but understandable. when Shawn and his crew came out the hit it hard, heat and rain but they pushed thru. During the process i did have some question, But i was patient. Our back yard went from ok to OMG. Even after they where finished a few weeks later i tried to program my sprinkler system(failed). i called Janice and she was out the same day to fix it. i would recommend Bobs to all that ask. we used our back yard before, Now... read full review
