My journey in the real estate market began Feb 2022 when I was looking to buy a condo in Fernandina Beach. A friend recommended Adele and the experience has been stellar. Adele is a fantastic realtor and person. She is extremely knowledgeable. If you call/text with a question she will respond within minutes with the right answer and the information that you need. She's really too good to be true!
Adele really knows the market too. The house we were interested in was way over priced; she told us what she thought it was worth (which was considerably less than the asking price) and the sellers accepted it!
