When I lived in PA, I learned about how independent locksmiths were going out of business because of what was happening in the industry. When I bought a house in Mount Dora, I knew that I wanted to support a local locksmith business, as the same kind of thing is happening in Florida. I called a local hardware store, and I got a recommendation for Matlock’s Lock & Key Shop. I am so happy that I found them and cannot recommend them highly enough! They came out right away, took care of all of the needs that I had for my new home, and completed all of the work with excellence at a great price. I am so glad that small businesses like this that have been around for so many years are continuing to not only do great work, but that people are continuing to support them. They rekeyed and replaced locks for my aunt. In and out in less than an hour. Very friendly and great quick service! My husband uses this company so much we've become good friends with the owners!!
