Customers describe the salons as very nice and clean, with an awesome selection of lotions and friendly, helpful staff. The UV machines are great, especially the level five stand-up UV beds, and the spray tanning process is quick, taking less than five minutes, with some clients getting a spray 1-2 times a week. The staff carefully explain the process, making the experience pleasant. Customers appreciate the deals on memberships and lotions, which make it an even better value. Overall, Zoom Tan provides a high-end resort-like tanning experience, with a friendly environment and excellent service.
I would give more stars if I could.. I had the best experience, Emily was soooo professional, knowledgeable, friendly and she took her time explaining how everything worked. The facility was clean. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.. Thank you Emily.
Went to the Estero location, Kaylee was so helpful and professional. She made me feel comfortable as it was my first time and answered all my questions. The process was fast & easy. Location smelled great and it was very clean. Will definitely keep coming back!
Great experience with the young girl at the front counter. She’s always friendly there. I think that’s what keeps me enjoying going to this zoom tan. I spoke to one of the girls before about the music they play during the UV tanning session and they are not able to change the station. Some of the lyrics are inappropriate for SOME of the songs that are played there. I’m not a big fan of listening to the music but it does make the time go by faster when you have a 12 min. Session. Just saying killing and shooting is just not a topic I’m interested in hearing being sung about. Anyway hope you take this into consideration for future changes.
