Had my first appointment there for a cyst didn’t have the best experience at the checkout via payment. Dr. Houck heard about the situation and called me personally to apologize and make things right. He was so nice and polite apologized multiple times for the misunderstanding when he didn’t have to do that! I can’t thank him enough for doing that! I will definitely be a repeat patient set aside the misunderstanding he made it his business to call personally and make it right and that speaks volumes! Thank u so much Dr. Houck!

Today I had surgery for a Stage 0 Melanoma. It was discovered about a month ago when I went to my dermatologist for my annual skin screening. I was so lucky to have a Nurse Practitioner (Kelsi) who was thorough and eagle eyed as she spotted a pinhead sized dot on my left buttock. She took a scraping, sent it out and sure enough, it came back as a Melanoma in Situ (along with all these other words that I'd never heard of and had to Google).Kelsi called me into the office to go over my results rather than sharing the news over the phone and then referred me to a Surgeon/Oncologist in Naples (Dr Riker, another excellent doctor). I have gone to see Dr. Houck a few times and it has been a very enjoyable experience. He has a great staff that always makes you feel welcomed, a clean office, and they get you in and out quickly. I cannot recommend Dr. Houck enough, they do a great job over there.
