the ladies are super nice and professional, but after every appointment i have to go home & spend half an hour removing left behind hair, which kinda defeats the purpose of going to someone to do it for me. other than that, it's a nice place.
Laverne is the sweetest specialist I’ve ever had. She’s patient, professional, and genuine. I recommend her to all of my friends and they adore her as well. I look forward to my wax appointments just to see her smiling face every time.
I always enjoy my services here but I had Erica and Catherine yesterday and this was the best experience I've had! Erica is down from Largo training and not only was she easy to communicate and bond with, she was engaging and made things extremely comfortable. Her training style is so efficient as I noticed her explaining things with ease and detail so that Catherine understood fully what she was talking about. Catherine also made this experience extremely enjoyable for me in how comfortable she was and how she was taking in all of the information Erica was giving her.
