“I had a last minute activity that came up. Don't usually have my suit ready so I needed to get it dry cleaned. I went to a lot of places and because it was last minute all of them turned me away since I needed it next day. I was willing to pay for the expedited service, but no one would even see if that would be an option.I went to Carriage Class Cleaners, ready to be turned away right away like every other place, but the person tending to the front listened to what I needed, she explain it may be too late but did something no other place did, she went out of her way to ask the owner and see if it was something they could do. Even if they would have said no, she had already done more than every other place I tried.To my surprise they were able to help me out and accepted my suit and two shirts and even had them ready the same day.They have gained a new customer and I will make sure to recommend them to anyone I know.Thank you!“
“3 trips to Florida, several times to Bonita Springs, we do our laundry there, not expensive, clean washing machine as well as dryers, the gentleman is super nice. Chairs to wait outside, frankly top I recommend“

“I stopped in to Touch of Class Dry Cleaners after seeing an advertisement for masks. Sonia and her daughter are mask-making machines. They have three sizes and lots of cute fabrics. My favorite thing is that they are making embroidered “days of the week” masks for kiddos going back to school. Such a great idea! Plus, Sonia is super sweet and friendly!“

I read some of the reviews and yeah, around the time of Ian people were bringing in hundreds of pieces of clothing, and it did get a little confusing, and quite naturally, there was a turnover in staff because a lot of the people had to move due to Ian. Some people were very sympathetic and understanding and other people did not care apparently they suffered no loss therfore not able to be empathic.“
