My first visit was in December as a new patient. From the minute I walked through the door, I was pleased with the friendliness of the entire staff. Everyone was interested in me as a patient and wanted to make my visit a success. I was also impressed with the knowledge of the staff - including receptionist and billing personnel, dental assistants, and the doctors. I felt comfortable and in good hands, and it was obvious everyone was highly trained in their area of expertise! I would recommend this facility to everyone!
Everyone at Dental at Grande Oak is friendly, pleasant, caring, and very attentive. From Dr. Patel to the dental assistants, hygienist, and office staff. I highly recommend this practice for your dental needs.
I absolutely loved my experience at Dental Care at Grande Oak. Everyone was very welcoming and cheerful. I am very nervous when it comes to the dentist, but I felt comfortable with the staff. I went for a wisdom tooth consultation, and Dr. Suarez was able to fit me in for that same day. He was very kind and explained to me what would be done. He took his time and made sure I was doing okay. I loved the entire experience!
