“I have needed to request repair service several times since moving here in 2017, each time I was thoroughly satisfied with the service. We returned home late in the evening from a week-long vacation to find that the A/C unit was out of commission. An early morning call the next day resulted in Alex the Technician arriving by mid morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a dead blower fan. Fortunately, he had a replacement fan in his truck. My air handler is located in the attic, which gets VERY hot this time of year. Despite the tough conditions, Alex was a real trooper and replaced the fan and got everything going by mid afternoon.
