I previously gave this company a mediocre review because of a billing issue. Their work was good, their tech was punctual and friendly. The billing issues have been resolved quickly and without any hassle whatsoever, so I am revising my review to excellent. A shout out to John, the tech, and Mike, the service manager.

Our Plummer Willis was on-time and very courteous. He explained what the problems were in detail. Our issues were fixed in a short amount of time. We are very satisfied with the work that was done and the professionalism of the plumber.
