A thumbs up to this company, both the office person we talked to and the tech that came out. When we called, the office they apologized and said it would be the next day / afternoon before they could get here. However, midday, she called back saying they had a cancellation and could come this same afternoon. Bill, the repair guy, came as promised and was very pleasant, efficient, and “got the job done”!
