Shaun is great! He took the time to sit with me and explain the dramatic difference between bimonthly treatment and his company’s once a year treatment. He went carefully through the home and took care of things as if it was his own. We also secured our home from rats as he showed me pics (as I anxiously watched him take a quick peek) of some drippings if near the attic entry. He crawled under the space of our solar panels to be certain to seal off all points of entry. Well no more extra unwanted house guest! And he came back twice to verify the traps remained clear!! Thanks 🙏🏾. Why bother with setting up times for someone to come inside. This way it’s “one and done” (and the overall cost might even be cheaper for you like it was for me)😉
