7/30/2024 Our family has been with this practice since 2018. We're happy with it's professional staff(both Admin and Dental). They are great at scheduling for general cleaning and also if you have issues with other dental problems. The facility is always clean and inviting. I recommend them for any dental needs.
July 2024
Kristin was WONDERFUL as a dental hygienist. I hope she remains with NRD. I couldn't ask for better service. It was also great that she set up Dr. Steinberg to review my x-rays and see me for the last time before he retires. I have been a patient since 2003 and I am sad to see Dr. Steinberg leave - the whole organization has been like family all these years. God Bless everyone who remains with NRD. Thank you for excellent service.
July 2024
Have always had professional care-- However, I have a few questions concerning billing. My estimate for replacing a crown after insurance was to be under $300, yet I paid over $600 and was told that "There was more decay than anticipated"--I did not authorize the scan that was administered, and now believe that perhaps that is why my out of pocket expense doubled?? I go back on July 1 to have the new crown put in and am wondering if there will be more cost to me. Thank you.
