He took me in when I had been to multiple other people who just force fed me strategies that enabled there business model. When I came in with pretty complex mobility and postural asymmetries it was like he unraveled and excavated me with my feedback being valued. I just told him what regions I wanted him to work on which turned into solving the entire problem at the root cause across the entire chain of the body and giving me a plan to do on my own to correct it on top of what we are doing, I couldn’t see that on my own even with be a fitness coach. My results are great, my pain is at its lowest ever and every time I go to see him I improve and learn a TON! “I had my massage with Alexis she is wonderful I felt so relaxed? I also did an acne facial with Martha she was super nice, she cleaned my acne out and did a facial massage ?‍♀️ it was wonderful. I also did a foot detox that was the least relaxing because you just put your feet in hot water. Overall it was a pleasant experience I would definitely recommend it.“
