Absolutely amazing... in the middle of a big project on my ancient PC when it decided to give up the ghost. Tried everything I could think of from this end and couldn't even get through diagnosics.I shared the issues/error codes with Jeff and he was able to get me in and out on a Friday afternoon. The computer is running great and I couldn't be happier!

You do not need to go to any of the "big guys" to fix your computer. Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable, competent and reasonably priced. I truly thought I was going to have to buy a new computer, but Jeff totally brought it back to life better and faster than ever in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend him to anyone! He also told me he fixes TVs and any other electronics. What a great guy to know!
