“In Destin for a bit from out of state. My pup is undergoing chemotherapy back at home and was in need of follow up bloodwork. Airport vet was close by to us and was willing to see us as long as we had his vet records sent to them prior to the appointment. I was pleasantly surprised at how much they reviewed his records before his appointment. They were sweet with my pup and efficient. It was a positive experience overall and I'd definitely return if we ever need to.“

The folks at Bayside took him in and performed the surgery. He is now fully recovered and enjoying his walks again. “This clinic went above and beyond for our dog and we are so thankful for how talented their staff is! We were visiting Destin on vacation when our dog became very sick and needed a last minute appointment. They were able to fit us in in thirty minutes and we saw Dr. Christian Fortner, and he was amazing! He took the time to sit down and explain everything to us and gave our dog the best treatment possible. Not to mention the entire tech and front desk staff were so comforting and did a great job. We are so thankful for the treatment they gave to our dog, and they made this clinic feel like home. If I lived here I would make this my permanent vet!! I wish I could give 10 stars. They are THE BEST!“

“I loved it here. My dog loved all the receptionists and the vet techs were so nice, and showed so much compassion to my baby. I did give 4 stars just for the fact that I never was able to speak directly with the vet and we kept having to fight worms even after 5 medications for different types! That is honestly the only problem I've ever had. The customer service was great which is hard to come by now and we never had to wait long periods of time for an appointment and they were more than happy to answer the phone and help with any questions!!“

“I stumbled upon Northside when my furbaby of 13 years suddenly got sick. They were the only clinic that would fit him in. They took such great care of him and did all they could within their capacity before referring him out.We then made the decision to move our cat to Northside from another local vet (who was also great just not in close proximity to us anymore). My cat is 8 years old and they were so wonderful with him!We ended up getting a puppy and got him an appointment and it was such a great experience. The vet we initially seen just sat in the floor and played with him during the examination! They always love on my animals and treat them with great respect and service. The front desk staff are always friendly and encouraging. The vet techs and each of the veterinarians we’ve seen have also been caring and knowledgeable. I’m very appreciative of Northside and highly recommend them.“

“I started going to Niceville Animal Clinic in 2020 during the COVID lockdown because they were the only vet clinic I could find that would take new patients. I had just moved here a few months earlier and needed a vet. Every visit has been a pleasure with Dr Jenny and her staff. Yea a couple times I've waited a little longer than some people might find acceptable, but they are busy and always do their best to provide the fastest service possible. Plus they are taking care of animals that many people see as family members, and if they take an extra few minutes to treat and animal it's better then rushing through and making a mistake. My last visit they got me in a room ahead of my appointment time! Even though I live 45 minutes away I'll still continue to goto Niceville animal clinic as long as I live here.“
