I had the misfortune of needing termite treatment outside my house but of it came the fortune of Tropical Pest and Termite Solution and Cynthia. After many calls and quotes (a lot of them higher but even some lower), Cynthia was recommended by someone local and I can see why. She was detailed in her explanation of service, transparent and clear on the billing, and flexible with scheduling. I was getting other work done when I stumbled into a problem needing her help and she was accommodating to my scheduling conflicts, offered to service wood inside the home proactively and even came back (with the most phenomenal response times of under 10 minutes) to spray new wood... read full review
