Tom is great at texting you back telling you he will be there and never showing up. My mom waited three days in a row for him to show up. I finally text him telling him we were going to find someone else. He thanked me. He must be very busy so that’s good for him. Definitely does not need new customers.

Stay away from these guys! I needed a new roof in NSB, and the date kept slipping by ultimately more than three months. Then, with a complicated warranty issue, Tom Donatti issued me a refund for less than I expected. On inquiry for the difference, I was assaulted on text by Tom himself over a $75 question. He was VERY unprofessional in his correspondence, and clearly cares more about his bottom line than he does about his business or construction relations. If I could give a negative star rating for his company I would. Go elsewhere. Tom Donatti is not a professional businessman, and will be looking for a way to screw you.
