“Took a chance as a walk in yesterday as I had some new lower back pain getting worse. It managed to spread to hip now. I met Autumn and she greeted me and asked if I had an appointment? I said painfully no just hoping Someone is available today? She said sure I Can do your massage. Just fill out this health questionnaire and I will put you in for 9:30. Let me get the room ready. Wow it was my actual lucky Walk in day!! Autumn was an excellent massage therapist she worked on the whole Body but really Honed in on my 2 pain areas and offered some recommendations for home in between massages!! I gave her a 5 star because I am having such good results from her knowledge and flexibility to accommodate my urgent problem!! I am so grateful to Autumn!!! Be seeing you soon!!!!!“

“My experience was amazing. Hands down one of the best massages I have ever had. The therapist (Ebb) was so excellent and made sure I was always comfortable throughout the whole massage. The receptionist (Allie) was so nice and friendly and made me feel very important throughout my appointment. This is a wonderful company with great staff. I will come back when I'm in the area again. Also, the spa was very nice and zen-like inside!!!!“

“I've had two massages here and both of them were amazing. The facility is very nice and the robes, towels, massage oil, etc. are high-quality.

My only complaint is that both times I've been there, the common areas had loud talkers, people chatting away loudly with their voices echoing around the reverberant room. They have a sign asking people to keep their voices down so other people can relax, but apparently, some people disregard that. So even though the facilities are very nice, I can't really enjoy them because some of the customers are loud and obnoxious.

I mentioned this to the front desk the first time, but they said there's nothing they can do. I think an attendant could politely ask any loud talkers to keep their voices down out of respect for the other visitors, but for whatever reason they don't want to do that. I ended up just going outside, because the little bit of traffic noise was better than all the chattering people.

Today I found a quiet room on the end and got comfy there, but within minutes, a couple came in and ruined the relaxing atmosphere with their chattering, so I went to the dressing/locker room and waited in the peace and quiet till my appointment time.

Perhaps management could make the locker room a little comfier for relaxing, since it seems to be quieter? Or designate at least one quiet area? Or quiet hours/days?

I'll enjoy this place for the services, but don't expect much out of the facility's common areas due to some inconsiderate customers.“

“Just want to give a shout out to Lisa at Let's Face It! Wow what a kind wonderful person she is. Of course I was fearful of going to a new spa. I call and asked question which she answered and took her time and all my fears went away. Once I made my appointment I was so happy I went. The spa is so soothing and I was immediately relaxed. The service was outstanding. I also had my brows micro-bladed by her permanent makeup artist Ebru, and I never expected how beautiful my brows could look. Such a professional work of art. AMAZING!!!!! She is professional all the way, so much so I went back to have liner put on as well. I love the way I look now. Took a few years off if I have to say so myself. I say call if your even thinking about have your eye brows done... Hugs for the girls, Your the best.“

Was a member for over a year and recently canceled my membership 3 months ago. I had 2 appointments left that I never used and without warning or notification, I was told they expired. I was able to make an appt online while they were still valid with no issues, but when I got there, I was told that they expired and I had to pay full price....AFTER MY MASSAGE, of course, because thats what shady businesses do. Honestly, its an extremely underhanded way of business. Those are 2 appointments that I already paid for and they expired that quick...wow."“
