I brought my six year old in for her first ever Manicure. It was the worst first experience ever. They never cleaned, primed or filed her nails. They just went right to painting with old clumpy paint. The lady painted her nails with a dot. She didn't completely paint the nail all the way to the cuticles. I had to ask her multiple times to paint the WHOLE NAIL. Four hrs after the nail polish was completely peeling off and chipping. I'm assuming because she never cleaned or primed my daughter's nails before painting.

Disappointed with the quality after seeing the change in professional nail care over the past 2 years.

Since when does a mani/pedi NOT include cutical care, under nail keratin removal and a happy ending with a massage? As of yesterday apparently.

5 months ago the cost was $80. Yesterday it $100 without the above services AND it was a dip, not shellack. I am afraid I will take my business elsewhere.

I am highly disappointed I got my nails done last week it hasn't even been a full week yet and already four of my nails have fallen off the gentleman who is doing my nails apparently didn't know what he was doing I've never had a problem with the woman doing them but he did not know what he was doing and when I would try to mention something about the nails because I do nails myself he acted like he didn't talk. Very upsetting for the price that I paid. I will never go back again. As you can tell in the photos they didn't even have time to grow out.Service: Acrylic nails
