I made my booking through Facebook and I really hoped that this company could help with my rugs because it was 2 years of dirt billed up. I figured the personcoming would put on a headset, listen to music and I wouldn't hear from him until the job was complete. We got the opposite. Steve is very interactive, my partner asked a lot of questions and he didn't seemed annoyed at all. My mom needs her carpets cleaned and now I won't go to anyone else.
Precision is the only one I trust to clean our vacation condo’s carpet, area rug and upholstery. We’ve been using them for 19 mos and refer them to our neighbors and friends. Professional, courteous and always on time!
