Last minute walk in as my glasses broke off my face while in the car, stopped by here at oceans optical and tim fixed my glasses with spare parts at no charge and helped me graciously ! Thanks so much tim. I’ll be back for my next exam.

Wow!!! I walked in with my glasses (NOT purchased here!) held together by hot glue! They were barely hanging on. Tim greeted me and took my glasses, fixed them up, and charged me NOTHING!!! We found our new glasses place! Amazingly kind, knowledgeable, generous, and I am so grateful!! Thank you, Tim!!

A+. My heartfelt thanks to Dan (and Tim) for making my "return to glasses" such a positive experience (in spite of an unfortunate recent eye-exam and diagnosis!) From a warm greeting until our goodbyes, Dan was present with care, infinite patience and humor! He helped me navigate making a decision about readers and progressives, and selecting frames I would look forward to wearing! What a difference it makes to shop local, supporting a small, family owned and operated business! This was not just an example of excellent customer care, but truly how we demonstrate love and care for our neighbor (as ourselves) through our daily life and work. What a blessing!
