Dramatic is right!!! HORRIBLE!!!! NO Communication, Sai was suppose to groom my dogs and she totally cut all the hair off my dogs beautiful fountain shaped long tail down to Nothing!!!!! he's 9 years old and everyone has always commented on his beautiful tail! His name is BEAU we always say to him "Beau the BEAUtiful tail! He knew he HAD a beautiful tail and loved to show it off! Not now.... What a shame! a dramatic grooming means they dramatically cut your pets hair off and do not communicate with you! She was told to focus on the face and ears and to leave the tails alone. 9 years of grooming my dogs with other groomers and no one messed up his tail... then she comes in and in seconds his tail is thin short and ugly! Jennifer tried to say his tail was matted.... Sorry....I brushed his tail all the time as well as his other groomers. Obviously Jennifer does not train her groomers she just sends anyone out there to shave and cut and chop up your dogs beautiful coats! I've never been more disgusted in any service in all my years! I've been a customer for over a year.I have a mom and her 3 over 2 year old puppies..Shana is friendly and accommodating to my schedule. Just had groomer Jen today. She was professional and asked how i wanted them cut .They look fantastic. I highly recommend them to everyone.the convenience of coming to my home and the great service is 5 star.My kids(dogs) look fantastic for summer heat in Florida,,Carol S
