I was hesitant to book an appointment because I struggled to trust anyone with my hair after having had countless bad experiences with other stylists. Finally, on a whim, I decided to give Hayley a shot and OHMYGOD, she UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT and NAILED IT!! Not only was she so easy to get along with, she was able to decipher my poor explanation of what I wanted done, without any reference photos and executed everything perfectly.
