Toby came in to check out my mini split system that was dripping. He cleaned out the system cleared out a stoppage in the drain and was very kind and considerate.
That same night my system started dripping again which I didn't realize till midnight on a Friday night, so I called and left a message with A1AC and they came in Saturday afternoon and redid everything they had done on Friday and also checked the freon which was good, that took care of the problem.
I was very happy with the service from Toby and Carolyn in the office and will be scheduling my yearly maintenance with them for next year.
Family owned business that cares about their customers comfort and makes every effort to accommodate. I never hesitate to call when I am in need due to the friendly customer service. I definitely recommend.

We ended up having to order a apart, to fix. Our a/c was restored! We haven't had a problem since.. !
