I didn't recieve any roof services but my car did break down in front of their business. I would like to say the entire staff was extremely friendly and offered me and my dog water as soon as we parked. They also made sure I had arrangements for us to be picked up before they left for the day. I really appreciate the kindness and concern for both of us. Bacon says thank you for the water and treats!

I shopped around and had five roofing companies come to the house to estimate a new roof. I chose Stevens because of their great reviews, they are local and their price was in the mid-range of the bunch. Now, I give them five stars and this is why:1) The estimator came to the house wearing a Stevens shirt and a mask (Covid times).2) He answered my questions and even referred me to a different company for a gutter project.3) Stevens agreed to meet my expedited completion date and they did.4) The office manager allowed me to bring shingle display boards home and even gave me addresses in the area where those particular shingles were on houses. We had a great experience with them. Their price was reasonable, the staff was friendly, and the job was done on time. They did a great job with cleanup, and our new roof looks great. It passed the wind mitigation test, which helps with the insurance.We did have a small issue we discovered afterwards, but they came back right away and fixed it. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
