He took his time and after he was completely done looking at roof within 15 minutes I had a written estimate as well as copy of their License and insurance, professionally presented with certifications etc. On top of that no monies requested until job was complete! Being an insurance claim they were very understanding that I had to work not only with insurance companies but my mortgage company since check was also needing their endorsement before I would have the cash.
