Check in was on my phone. Easy and fast. The lady that took my info was very nice. NP, JoAnn, was especially knowledgeable and efficient. She was friendly and took time with me. No rushing. She deserves a corporate pat-on-the-back!
All went well from registering, to being checked for basic information. ARN R. Zsombran was polite, professional, and listening to me. She did confirm that I have a sinus infection. She sent prescriptions to Walgreens. Had all medications in hand within a couple of hours. The day of 6/7/25. The day of this recommendation is 6/9/25. I have made good progress. I have been treated in the past. Highly recommended going to Quick Care in Dunnellon Florida
I do not know staff or Dr names, but dark haired front desk was awesome, very kind & helpful. Had a brunette female young doctor. Loved her! Took time to listen & very helpful. Wish she was my primary! Only issue is the l-o-n-g wait. Two people in waiting room ahead of me and I sat in waiting room 2.5 hrs! Four others were waiting when I got called back. Only reason for 4 stars; not 5.
