Jim is very knowledgeable about the area. Called him due to my water heater's pressure valve leaking. He asked if I lived in a specific area, which I did, and he knew exactly what was wrong. I needed a water bladder installed on my water heater. Jim and his partner did a great job, very professional and answered all my questions on why this was needed. Jim did a great job installing a new water heater. Took about 2 hours. I noticed an issue with the installation of a watt pump I had installed on the old water heater. I called him to point out the problem. He was back the next day before 11am and fixed it. He is my go to guy for any future plumbing needs.
