Knowledgeable, great office communication, excellent technician - our tech, Robert, was very thorough and highly experienced. He was able to immediately diagnose a setting issue that was causing a mildew issue. The office was very proactive in keeping us updated on Robert's estimated arrival time. The Coast to Coast Maintenance plan is a definite must!
For the past five days, my AC had temperatures climbing up to 80 in the afternoon/night. The first AC repair company came to my residence and tried to sell a leak seal product for $367 without even finding a leak. The problem was never resolved or discovered. Yet, the bill was high for the service provided. I then called Coast to Coast AC Repair. They sent Technician Carlos to my home and he explained the problem was a blockage in the coil water line even though water was flowing out, the back up of water inside the coil caused the ac to malfunction. The entire process of replacing my air-conditioning system was a breeze. Everyone took as much time as I needed to answer questions and provide pertinent information.
