We absolutely LOVE Smoochie Pooch in Dunedin. Our little poodle mix Sage is usually terrified of going to the groomers but she loves the girls here. The photoshoot at the end of my favorite. Sage has had her bows in for a week now. That’s a new record.
Tucker and I first met Glenny at Bauser's and loved her energy! We unexpectedly won her amazing and generous basket at the Bauserween event! Tucker had a stressful experience with another big chain groomer and then I was giving him covid era "bargain cuts." We can't even call them great clips because they weren't that great 😆 Anyway Glenny got Tucker in quickly, listened to his bad experience and story, as well as asked questions about my grooming preferences. When we arrived, it was literally the most welcoming experience and cutest place I have ever seen. Her team took time to play with him, ask me more questions, and communicated with me the entire way! Tucker had the best day, with the best people, and looks like a million bucks! You could tell he was comfortable there because he wasn't trying to run out the front door lol. Thank you for taking such amazing care of my boy and you have definitely made loyal customers ❤️ 5 stars isn't enough! I will recommend you all to everyone I know!!!! 🥰 Thanks again!!!
Glenny was the best! I will definitely be coming back! I called earlier this week to get more information on pricing and from the get go, Glenny’s energy was amazing. She was so kind and helpful over the phone and even more amazing with my sweet doxie, Bella. Bella is super attached to me but Glenny did fabulous with her, really helping her feel comfortable and loved. I just moved to the area and so glad I found White Fang for Bella! I highly recommend!
