Studio 3

Studio 3 is located in Dunedin, Florida. We offer group classes in Barre, Mat Pilates, Pilates Reformer and Yoga. We also offer private sessions in Reformer Pilates. All classes require bare feet or with socks - your choice! We provide all equipment including exercise mats, but you are more than welcome to bring your mat to class. We also recommend bringing a water bottle and small towel. Our instructors believe in working your body + loving your body from head to toe.
