“I felt like my Yoshi needed a much more calmer grooming experience and was referred to Glenny. She was so amazing, almost felt like talking to a family member. She sat down with us and I was able to tell her a few behavioral concerns I had. She assured me that she would keep me updated. I felt super comfortable leaving Yoshi with her. As promised she kept me updated on his behavior and understood when he needed play breaks in between and the result was proof in her work. She was able to get a full groom in-yay!
