Dr Culpepper and all of her staff are amazing. I have three dogs in their care and couldn’t be more pleased with the service that they provide. When I call for an appointment or to have one of the dogs seen more acutely I am able to speak with the same staff members that I already know and trust, continuity. If they don’t have open appointments that day and they need to be seen, they allow drop off so that the pet can be seen by Dr Culpepper in between her schedules patients. Dr Culpepper and her team truly are the best. Dr Culpepper has an amazing heart for all animals including my exotic raccoons. I am so grateful that she and her team treat all their patients with love and care.
I had a wonderful experience at Paws & Claws with my cat Ginger. The staff is wonderful and caring. Dr. Culpepper is the best. She is extremely knowledgeable and has so much empathy and compassion for our fur babies. She took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions. She goes above and beyond with communication and follow up post visit. Ginger is like a family member to me, and I know he is in good hands. I won't go anywhere else and I will be bringing my other cat as well. Highly recommend. Hands down best vet you'll ever find.
