Our technician was Allen. We called for possible water leak/ mold issue in one of our closets.He was professional and really took the time to explain things and walk me through what was going on and next steps moving forward. Really helped answer all my questions/ concerns. We aren't fully complete with the job yet but overall happy with the company and the technician that was sent.

I needed a restoration company to come remove some water from my duplex. The neighbor's toilet broke and leaked water into my side if the duplex. Before it was caught, my unit was pretty wet. I called Masters and Kastin showed up around 9pm. He did a phenomenal job explaining everything and getting the water out and adding dryers. Will the owner was outstanding as well. I highly recommend Masters to anyone who needs their services. You will not be disappointed.

Master Restoration handled our recent slab leak quickly and professionally. They came out very promptly, placed fans and humidifiers in the proper places. They removred damaged carpet, baseboards etc. They were clean, prompt, and professional. I would recommend them for your restoration needs.
