The gentleman that took care of me was very knowledgeable, professional and very reasonable. He is repairing a zipper in my MK purse. I had been to 3 places before finding his store.

After having an ankle reconstruction, my foot changed a lot. It widened and got bigger. So, the shoes that use old to fit comfortably, now no longer were wide enough. I took in my Merrell shoe to have it stretched/widened a bit, so that my pinky toe would stop complaining. I was so very happy when I got my shoe back (so was my pinky toe). It fit well and gave me just a bit more space for my foot to spread out. I definitely recommend this place and may have some other work for him in the future.
