About Dunedin Fitness & Movement Studio
Dunedin Fitness & Movement Studio is a private boutique personal training studio owned by a certified personal trainer and nutritional health coach. Heather, the owner, incorporates strength training, functional training, high-intensity interval training, and core strengthening into her workouts, which are designed to be diverse and ever-changing. With a background in nutritional health coaching, Heather also provides guidance on healthy eating habits. I’ve known Heather for a while and a couple years back took her on as my trainer. I have both AC joints dislocated, one totally out, the other the collar bone tucked under. As scared as I was, she didn’t know the fear I had about training, this remarkable talent not only walked me through every exercise, but did so in a way that removed all of my trepidation. Unlike other PT’s, Heather actually cared about my progress and more importantly, my safety.
