Wow, is the only word I can say. Orchid Springs Village No400 Inc has just joined this management company and as the V.P. this company is so understanding and even before the complete transfer from our old company. They have stepped up in so many ways there is not enough space or time to say everything. Recommended, highly knowledgeable, kind, and everyone from the owner Joe Garrison to his staff are respectful and willing to go above and beyond to solve any issues. Communication is outstanding because I always get an email or call when I have a question and the answers come quick and to the point with ways to help.

If less than one star was an option that’s what I would leave and here’s why. I have lived under the jurisdiction of Garrison Property Services HOA for several years, and until recently, my experience had been quite smooth. However, I feel the need to share my disappointment and frustration regarding the recent handling of HOA violations. After a year without any issues following a previous incident where I received 26 violations in just three months (which required the threat of legal action to resolve), I am now facing unwarranted scrutiny once again. I reached out to the property management company to request the some documents they should provide any potential buyer in the community to understand their rules and regulations and they would not provide that to me. They were extremely rude and would never refer them to anyone. I'm surprised they are still in business. Spoke with Joe Garrison, the owner of the company. Very disrespectful and unhelpful. The community needs to replace them. I still don't have a copy of the documents I am requesting which they should have but refuse to provide.
