We had water damage to our bathroom and garage from roof leaks in April. My insurance referred me to ServiceMaster by Alpha Restoration, and I was nervous; my parents used ServiceMaster many years ago and had a horrible experience. By the time the ServiceMaster by Alpha Restoration team was done, the roof was fixed and the bathroom and garage were perfectly and beautifully restored! They did a terrific job! Mr. Smith and his team came to our home in North Carolina and performed water remediation after we lost our roof during Hurricane Florence. They placed a tarp over our entire roof and went straight to work drying out the inside. They made several follow ups to check on equipment and drying status and when they were confident that all water was gone they left our home in great shape.
