UPDATE BELOW! My husband went to the Doral location in CityPlace, and unfortunately, our experience was initially quite disappointing. One of the barbers, who took his appointment on June 1st, made an error with the scheduling. When my husband went in for his appointment today, the barber who made the error was not only rude but also very nasty about the mix-up. He didn't even apologize for the mistake or make any effort to resolve the issue. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location if this is the type of customer service they provide. I have gone to this place with my 4-year-old son, and it has been gratifying to meet people willing to provide us with good service with dedication and attention to detail.On the street, people really admire my son's cut and I am happy because he does not have a negative experience when visiting this barbershop.Highly recommended.

I received a blow out today which Brandon did an amazing job. I also ask for a hot towel shave, but no shaving cream or lotion was used to shave me. I have a few bumps for that reason. Other than that a great place.Services: Custom cut
