“Leo was recommended by my contractor when I had advised him that I was looking to get my kitchen remodeled. Gave Leo a call and he came the next day to discuss the design. My wife and I needed the work done fast and Leo assured us that the kitchen would be done within 2 weeks. This was surprising to us because every other company needed at least 30 days to do the work. Leo sent the design that night and made any changes that we suggested. He gave a very reasonable price compared to other companies and we agreed to go forward. Leo came the next day for the final measurements and was off to work already. Soon after, he brought us cabinet and countertop samples. Just as Leo said, our kitchen was done in two weeks and the results were amazing. Fast, reliable, reasonable price, and quality work. “Having previously retained professional designers for a six bedroom Florida home and two condominiums, it has been a rewarding and positive experience working with Design Solutions. We were introduced to Design Solutions by Mr C Residences as well as reading about them in a featured article in Florida Design Magazine.On day one they created a team for our project to go over our visions, expectations, preferences, timeline and budget.Their creative talents were immediately apparent in the detailed layouts they presented. Visiting showrooms with them was a pleasure as they were knowledgeable about the selections at each location. We also observed the strong working relationship they have with their vendors and there was no wasted time. Design Solutions was never hesitant to request custom modifications on furniture or items. Further, Design Solutions was very specific about delivery schedules.At the Design Solution office, we were introduced to and reassured by the fact there was a finance and purchasing staff, as well as a construction supervisor who would oversee the project. We believe experience is of critical importance in both the design and implementation. Phone calls and emails were always answered timely. “I have a large retractable shade that spans three sliding glass doors. The shade suddenly would not go up or down. I called Melissa at Zalkim, and she was very responsive. Her team came over, diagnosed the problem as a bad motor, and gave me an estimate which was very reasonble. About 5 parts needed replacement. We made an appointment to have the work done, and her team came over at the appointed time, and did a good job. They taught me how to use the new remote control, and cleaned up nicely afterwards. The new motor works fine, I'm very happy.“

“Despite some of the mixed reviews, we had a very positive experience working with Closet Factory .Special kudos to Brook , who did a great job in helping to design and maximize the storage space in our two walk -in and one reach -in closets.On our first round , there was only one installer with some minor challenges and longer installation time , but on our second closet - the installers were efficient , completed it in 1.5 days , without any mess and overall , we are very pleased with the final product .“
