“I have a large retractable shade that spans three sliding glass doors. The shade suddenly would not go up or down. I called Melissa at Zalkim, and she was very responsive. Her team came over, diagnosed the problem as a bad motor, and gave me an estimate which was very reasonble. About 5 parts needed replacement. We made an appointment to have the work done, and her team came over at the appointed time, and did a good job. They taught me how to use the new remote control, and cleaned up nicely afterwards. The new motor works fine, I'm very happy.“
