Be aware of the following: 1) A super expensive service of delivery of your purchases for a hefty $4.50 / pound plus insurance 2)too many packages arriving at this facility, are making the process inefficient, sluggish, a bootle neck, which indicates short of labor and high turnover, there’re indications that the process has been streamlined, but at the cost of lowering the service to the consumer. Notification of packaging arrivals are taking too long, more than a week and some are never reported.Some of your purchases you shipped there will not appear as received, even though the tracking number says it was delivered there. It is the worst courier service. Been waiting for a package for more than a month. In customer service, after waiting several hours (because they are very slow to respond) they have been telling me for three days that they are going to deliver and they do not comply. Today they informed me that my package was taken to a warehouse and now I have to go pick it up there when I paid to have it delivered to the door of my house.

TERRIBLE SERVICE with misleading information I have been waiting for a shipment for 20 days when they told me that 8 to 10 days, after paying for the shipment they stopped answering my calls and sometimes they respond to WhatsApp with the same lie that customs has the packages. They play with users' money and work. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IT'S A NIGHTMARE.
