I dropped off about 10 suits, and I have to say the service is top notch. All the staff are extremely kind and friendly. I would recommend taking your dry cleaning here, you’ll have no issues whatsoever.Service: Dry cleaning
So far so good at Elite Dry Cleaners. I've dropped off a few times now and they do a great job with handling stains on linen pieces. Every time I have picked up, I've received perfectly pressed and ultra clean clothes. They do have a lot of business so their return time is about 1 week -- otherwise they charge you a rush fee. The only thing that I didn't love was when I asked if the removed stains from cloth shoes and the employee harshly said "we don't do shoes" (I was only asking a question). Other than that it's been overall good communication and consistent service.
I wish I could give Elite more than 5 Stars We've been doing our dry cleaning with them for years! Our clothes always come back "Perfect" . Love their pick up and delivery service which we always use but I also love the fact that I can drop it off and have it delivered. Rosa is very professional and efficient. She really cares about her clients and goes above and beyond if you need a last minute emergency like I did today. It's a family business so you know you'll be treated as such. I recommend them for all your dry cleaning services and alterations (which is so hard to find these days).
